Inland Real Estate Groundskeeper in Brighton, Colorado
Our luxury apartment property in Brighton, CO has an opening for a full-time, Groundskeeper! (www.liveatsolaireapartments.com)
The goal of this position is to provide residents with a clean, well maintained living environment. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the porter include, but are not limited to grounds pick up, landscaping, snow removal, record keeping, assisting and accepting deliveries, moving appliances, assisting with general repairs and any other related duties, as directed by the Site Manager, Assistant Manager, Regional Property Manager.
Hands on skills in the areas of basic cleaning and landscaping. Applicants should have knowledge lawnmower use and landscaping tools / equipment. We require good communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a minimum of shoulder height, the ability to climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on building roofs.
