Seeking a Summer Intern for North America Quality Assurance Activities

Join our team to execute local Quality Assurance activities and become proficient in the timely and accurate issuance of GMP documents and records that support quality operations across the US. You will engage in GMP document management and ensure adherence to local regulations, including REMS Compliance and the Prescription Drug Marketing Act.

About the Team

The department’s mission is to lead and partner with Business Units in the early identification and effective management of risk in the service of creating patient, physician, and payer value. This will be achieved by embedding a Quality mindset and culture across the organization, creating right-first time solutions which enable high business impact initiatives, and establishing competitive advantage by informing the business of prioritized, relevant risks to ensure they are effectively managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) documents and records to support quality operations

  • Manage and maintain site-level quality metrics

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines

  • Maintain consistency with business source documentation

  • Perform trend analysis of audits/inspection results and non-compliances to proactively address issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.

  • Exposure to FDA regulation compliance, and understanding of same with regards to patient safety.

About you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or Life Sciences at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will graduate by the spring of 2027

  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi. 

  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship

  • Must have permanent US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates to teams and leadership

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in time management and familiarity with project management tools
