Bausch + Lomb is seeking a well-rounded and driven person with excellent technical and analytical skills to join its fast-growing organization. The individual will be responsible for supporting the Pricing & Contracting function within the Pharmaceutical Business Unit.
Summary
The Senior Analyst, Pricing & Contracting will work closely with the members of the Pricing & Contracting Team to create and maintain analytic tools to integrate multiple data sources.
Responsibilities
By executing the following duties, this individual will help build a best-in-class Pricing & Contracting function:
Collaborate with internal & external resources to build relevant databases
Create standardized reports and models to support the Pricing and Contracting Team
Work with Pricing & Contracting Leadership to determine new solutions for evaluating data
Other related tasks as assigned by Pricing & Contracting Leadership or other key business partners
Requirements
Data manipulation skills using database & spreadsheet applications
Excellent technical and analytical skills
Strong modeling skills (ability to create a model that can easily be updated as underlying data changes)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Expertise using Microsoft Excel & Access and the ability to quickly develop expertise in new systems & applications
Ability to analyze raw data and disseminate results
Qualifications
BS/BA degree required
Preferably a background in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics; Pharmaceutical experience is not required
Strong proficiency in MS Office tools with a focus on Excel & Access databases
Experience in Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau or other data analytics and visualization tools is a plus

Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
