This role contributes to the success of the organization by focusing on strategic integrations projects for the US Nestle Health Science businesses at the direction of the Program Management Officer. (e.g., Post-Acquisition Integration, Business Development Initiatives, Reorganization Projects, Strategic Planning). This role will be focused on integration of Nestle Health Science pharmaceutical businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Finance workstream for pharma integration projects.
Conduct assessments and gap analyses associated with acquired business financial operations and develop integration plan.
Support cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing) on all matters related to accounting and finance associated with assigned projects.
Assure coordination with relevant operating partners across operating companies.
Develop and manage financial models associated acquisitions during due diligence and throughout integration.
Assure Nestlé accounting standards are being attained across all projects.
Qualifications:
Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in corporate finance roles with demonstrated success leading cross functional complex projects.
Experience with finance and accounting processes in the pharma industry
Preferred
MBA
M&A integration / divestment / corporate restructuring and development activities
Demonstrated understanding of US healthcare industry value chain and operations a plus
U.S. and International cross-functional leadership experience.
Ability to link strategy to clearly actionable initiatives
Operationalize strategic programs and initiatives
Ability to understand and anticipate needs from Program stakeholders
Sense of urgency to deliver both short-term and long-term results
Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
Strong negotiations and influence skills for internal and external parties
Technical acumen, effective communication skills, and ability to prioritize
