YOUR ROLE

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate performance of 15+ plants and locations (from two recent adhesive acquisitions)

  • Provide strategic recommendations regarding cost savings, and profitability improvement strategies

  • Assess, consolidate, and present information for decision making processes

  • Manage long-term planning activities / processes

  • Deliver clear and concise forecasting updates on a regular basis to executive leadership

  • Manage and direct stakeholders from operations, finance and business representatives

  • Drive and steer financially relevant management processes in line with corporate guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years’ experience in Finance / Controlling

  • Advanced cost accounting knowledge

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills

  • Strong knowledge in SAP. Strong Excel skills

  • International work experience required

The salary for this role is $140,000.00 - $170,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
