Description
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for handling claim-related tasks, providing support services, and maintaining comprehensive claim files.
Responsibilities:
Entering data accurately to set up initial claims.
Reviewing and processing claim-related tasks thoroughly.
Creating business correspondence using templates and guidelines.
Providing customer support, including phone interactions with claimants, attorneys, and the public.
Handling electronic document management, such as routing, imaging, and indexing.
Maintaining and organizing claim files.
Performing additional tasks as needed by the team.
Communicating clearly in writing and speaking while collaborating effectively with others.
Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working with minimal supervision.
Using basic computer skills and staying well-organized
Requirements
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks with high accuracy and speed.
• Experience in Claims Processing, demonstrating a solid understanding of the procedures and regulations involved.
• Ability to provide exceptional Customer Support, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Capable of handling Business Correspondence effectively, ensuring each communication is detail oriented and meets the organization's standards.
• Familiar with Document Control procedures, maintaining the security, accessibility, and organization of important files.
• Proficient in managing Electronic Files, proficient in using various software to organize, secure, and access files.
