Description:
The Biosimilar Contract Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for contract management, contract operations, account level operations management and internal alignment with functional departments for all contracts related to Biosimilars and 505b2 products, which may expand to other product categories in the future. This will include and is not limited to: Contract Management drafting, execution routing, contract platform maintenance and management, contract rebate/pricing/membership tracking, implementation, performance, and governance. Account-level Operations Management membership management, customer pricing confirmation for executed contracts with wholesale partners, day to day operational management of indirect customer accounts. Internal Alignment conduct business in a way that proactively aligns with internal functional teams and departments, such as legal/compliance, finance, audit, IT, market access, pricing, marketing, and operations. This position will work closely with field teams to ensure contract requests are reviewed timely, externally distributed to customers, and internally routed for operational success once executed. Operational success is inclusive of contract loading accuracy, timely routing, and collaborating with the Revenue team for contract pricing and rebate structures (from a loading and reconciliation perspective). Newly developed processes will be required, as well as integration with multiple platforms, both internal and 3rd party. This position will report to the Senior Director, Biosciences Commercial Operations and will work closely with managers and leaders across other functional areas to ensure strategic alignment with overall company and division objectives.

Essential Functions:
Contract Management lead the end-to-end process of contract lifecycle management, including drafting, redlining, execution, amendments, renewal of customer contracts, and communicate directly with customers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and industry standards throughout the contract lifecycle. Monitor contract performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Account-level Operations Management oversees the maintenance and accuracy of membership databases/rosters, ensuring that customer memberships and eligibility criteria are up-to-date and properly documented for all executed contracts. Work with internal teams and wholesale partners to ensure pricing and membership is accurately and timely loaded. Follow contract operations management processes, create alignment with field account managers and their respective customer accounts.
Internal Alignment work heavily with KY Operations, Sales, Legal, Revenue and IT to resolve issues and create a successful path for our contracts. Proactively collaborate with Pricing and Marketing teams for quarterly transitions for each customer segment, and accurately communicate with field teams and customers.
Education:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Relevant Field - Required
Experience:
6 years or more in Pharmaceutical/biotech contract operations and contract management experience
2 years or more in Working directly with legal teams and attorneys
Skills:
Able to rapidly develop and maintain successful relationships with leaders and decision makers most likely at C-Suite level. - Intermediate
Strong leadership, management, written & verbal communication, organizational, negotiation & contracting skills - Advanced
Able to work well under pressure and in appreciation of pre-defined and often aggressive timelines. - Advanced
Computer literate with MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Advanced
Understanding or background in biosimilar pharmaceutical products. - Intermediate
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with departments within commercial and the broader organization - Advanced
Clearly articulate a vision and objectives to internal and external stakeholders - Advanced
Plan and execute deliverables according to timelines - Advanced
Be proactive in responding to evolving market dynamics - Advanced
