Robert Half Accounts Receivable Accountant in Bridgewater, New Jersey
Description
Generate and send out invoices to customers
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
Review AR aging to ensure all payments are up to date
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions
Perform account reconciliations
Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered
Analyze revenues, commissions, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have AR/accounting experience.
