The Dannon Company Blender Processor Operator in Bridgeton, New Jersey
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required is acceptable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of SAP
Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and recipes
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and/or small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Abilities:
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
