West Virginia Employer Qualified Winter Season Laborer in Bridgeport, West Virginia

Landscape laborers with a minimum of three (3) months job-related experience needed for the work period of 10/23/2024 to 04/01/2025. Duties to include removal and trimming of trees and bushes from the ground; raking and cleaning up ground, leaf removal, and leftover debris; disposal of brush, limbs, and trees; annual winter color installs; winterization and draining of sprinkler systems; removal of accumulated deposits of snow on an ongoing basis in extreme weather conditions on various commercial properties using snow blowers and standard commercial snow shovels; iIce remediation and salt application; Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area job sites with employers provided transportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment. No education required. On-the-job training provided. Special Requirements [F.a.11] Employer Paid Pre-Hire Drug Testing; Optional Low-Cost Housing, including utilities is available for relocating workers only for approximately $700.00 per month will be deducted at approximately $350.00 per pay period.;. Optional Pay Advances are available up to a maximum of $200.00 during the first 30 days of employment;. 1 hr. paid lunch; Range based on experience and performance; OT may be available but not guaranteed. The full amount of any optional Pay Advances used will be deducted from the first paycheck. Additional place of employment - Taylor and Marion counties of WV.
