Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for Bridgeport Hospital located in Bridgeport, CT. Bridgeport Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health, has 501 licensed inpatient beds on two campuses, one in Bridgeport and one in Milford (plus 42 beds licensed under Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital).
The Chef Manager at this location will report to the Executive Chef III and manage a team of approximately 20 union employees. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May also be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

What You'll Do
The successful candidate will:
have oversight of day-to-day kitchen production operations
successfully coordinate all required tasks through frontline employees
deliver high quality food services
develop and maintain client and customer relationships
ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
ensure Sodexo standards are met
