Omni Mount Washington Resort Housing Facility Supervisor in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire

This position is responsible for the supervision of all associate housing at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. This position will oversee the maintenance requests, cleaning, and general condition of all rooms and public space. This position will also be responsible for directing and supervising a small cleaning staff.

Responsibilities
  • Inspects the cleanliness and readiness of all available dorm housing at the Omni Mount Washington Resort prior to associate check in.
  • Inputs and follows up on repairs and or discrepancies found within the associate housing areas into Synergy.
  • Ensures the supply closets are completely stocked and organized daily
  • Ensures that the cleaners are completing their daily tasks as assigned and assigns special tasks as directed by Human Resources Management
  • Assists in the cleaning of associate housing when necessary
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of housing documents to include the following:
    • Supply Inventory
    • Regular Walk through Inspections
    • Check Out Inspections
  • Maintain supply cage stock, neat and clean at all times.
  • Displays a positive, upbeat and professional demeanor with our residents
  • Maintain property to Omni Standards as outlined in the Rooms Operation Manual
  • Participates and embraces the role construct and presents ideas for future improvement for continued comfort.
Qualifications
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Prior Supervisory experience required
  • Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50+lbs
  • Must be comfortable working in varied weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required.
  • Ability to work with management on special projects.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
