We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining, logistics, and renewable fuels.
Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
Our three renewables’ plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.

JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. HR Businss Partner will work closely with the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner Operations, support managment/employees within specific Corporate G&A business units to support and drive business strategy and be located in Brentwood, Tennessee. Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Drives the implementation of human resources programs within assigned business unit(s). Applies broad knowledge of all human resources disciplines (e.g., recruiting and selection, learning and development, employee and labor relations, compensation, etc.).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Master's Degree (Preferred)
Four (4) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
No Licensure or Certification Required.

Manages implementation, administration of HR related programs and activities and evaluates programs success in accordance to projected performance outcomes

Coordinates activities within HR, including Centers of Excellence (COEs) where necessary, for service delivery and implementation within Business Unit
Provides consultative support to assigned client groups regarding employee and/or labor relations issues. Investigates and recommends resolution
Delivers training related to Human Resources
Run and provide HR reports to business clients as requested
