We are seeking a Marketing Communications & Social Media Specialist to drive innovative marketing efforts and amplify brand presence for our client. This role focuses on developing compelling marketing materials, managing dynamic social media campaigns, and maintaining an engaging online presence through WordPress. Collaborate with a small, fast-paced team to create high-impact, on-brand communications that elevate the client’s marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of creative marketing skills, expertise in social media management, and an eye for polished design, ensuring every piece aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Location: Onsite – Brentwood, TN 37027
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Hours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours, 8a-5p, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $33-$40/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, spanning digital, print, and social media platforms.
Craft marketing strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating trends, competitor insights, and data analysis to enhance effectiveness.
Design and update polished marketing materials in InDesign, ensuring consistent brand representation.
Manage end-to-end social media campaigns, including creating headers, graphics, posts, and videos for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
Write and schedule engaging, audience-specific content, fostering engagement and community growth.
Perform market research to stay ahead of industry trends and apply findings to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze marketing and social media performance, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to refine marketing plans and align them with measurable KPIs.
Edit and proof marketing collateral, ensuring materials are error-free and maintain a high standard of quality.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Core Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and content development.
Expertise in tools such as InDesign, WordPress, and major social media platforms.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze successful marketing campaigns.
Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach, thriving under fast-paced conditions while maintaining quality.
