What you’ll do: The Manager, Joint Venture Administration & Special Projects will play a key role in support of Lifepoint’s strategy to grow its inpatient rehabilitation and behavioral health business through joint venture development. The position will report to the Senior Vice President, Chief Development Officer. The position will support development from the letter of intent stage through commencement and stabilization of facility operations. The position will also support strategic and other special projects related to the Company’s inpatient rehabilitation and behavioral health platforms. This position offers an opportunity to leverage strong interpersonal and project management to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities: **

• Manage the components of the development process from letter of intent stage to commencement and stabilization of operations with key inputs from internal leadership, joint venture partners and third parties.
• Collaborate with internal senior business leaders throughout the development process, including finance, accounting, and real estate functions.
• Assisting in upgrading the development of a partnership tracking and support system including the tracking of asscociated materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.
• Establish plans to communicate status of development portfolio, including staging, key action items and deliverables.
• Manage joint venture board meetings, including calendaring, preparing meeting materials, attending, preparing meeting minutes and managing takeaway items from meetings.
• Develop thoughtful and insightful financial and business acumen to further joint venture growth.
• Navigate complex relationship environments and build support amongst a cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Support strategic and other special projects related to the Company’s inpatient rehabilitation and behavioral health joint venture portfolio.
• Solid Communication and presentation skills are imperative.
• Provides staff development, retention and training.

What you'll need:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Services or healthcare related field. Masters Degree is preferred.

*Experience: * Minimum five (5) years experience in healthcare marketing, project management, market research and/or planning.
