Join the Team as a Facilities Maintenance Field Technician!
Location: Bremerton, WA
Job Type: Full-time, Contract to possible perm
Pay Rate: $ 34.09/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexibility available). Potential for emergency on-call as needed.

What You’ll Do
Keep the Systems Running: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety systems.
Hit the Road: Travel between facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Get Hands-On: Inspect, clean, calibrate, and adjust equipment to maintain peak performance.
Stay Organized: Record readings, track inventory, and manage tools and instruments.
Be the Hero: Respond quickly to emergencies, ensuring safety and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair building interiors and exteriors, including flooring, fixtures, and lighting.
Operate and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Collaborate with management by providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
Learn and utilize advanced systems, including building automation and fire/life safety systems.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems (not residential).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of computer applications like Word and Excel.
Valid driver’s license.
Bonus Points:
EPA 608 Universal Certification.
Trade school education in electrical systems, HVAC, or refrigeration.
4+ years of technical expertise in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
On-call duties and overtime may be required.

Pay Details: $34.09 per hour
