*Customer Service Representative *
Overview: Part-time call center Customer Service Representative to schedule transportation services for individuals with disabilities.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Taking inbound calls to accurately schedule transportation services
- Properly documenting all calls in the proprietary software
- Verifying and updating passenger information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent attendance is a MUST
- Accurate data entry
- Type at least 40 WPM
- Must be comfortable wearing a headset
- Ability to key in data from an audio source
- Willingness to learn new skills and procedures
- Able to handle high stress, challenging customers
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday, call center is open 8:00AM-5:00PM, 4 hour shifts during business hours
Pay: $19.50/hour
