Job Description

We are currently hiring a maintenance Rebuild technician in Breinigsville, PA. The Maintenance Rebuild Technician is a working position with the expectation to be a positive influence in the Brewery and coordinate various part rebuilds and prioritization of work identified from multiple sources. This position will primarily focus on production equipment rebuildable parts and components based on Brewery needs. Emphasis will be on the component rebuild, maintaining a rebuild area, and its associated inventory, and accurate record keeping. Documenting the rebuildable part cycle, along with coordinating the part installation on the production equipment and tracking the assets will also be expected. This position will also coordinate the 3D printing capability at the Brewery. This role will follow a normal Monday-Friday work schedule with the understanding of 24/7 responsibility for their assigned area and willingness to flex their work schedule to support all shifts as required (include weekends and holidays). What You'll Brew: * Rebuild of various production equipment in a secure and sanitized work environment. Parts to be included, but not limited to; filling valves, filling distributor rotating assemblies, container rinse components, Sanitary valves, mix-proof vales, product pumps, chemical pumps * Must follow all OEM guidelines and specifications for specific component * Must follow all OEM testing procedures for rebuild quality verification * Must maintain cleanliness and sanitized standards within work area by complying and exceeding GMP requirements * Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations teams to schedule time for the Time Based component changes on production equipment * Must be able to balance and prioritize the requirements of daily operations with the longerterm initiatives to improve equipment reliability * Participate in and support periodic reliability/continuous improvement meetings * Documentation and Project Management * Maintain accurate log for time-based component swaps * Maintain accurate log for serialized components. Will require building the database for existing and new components entering the rebuild program * Responsible for reinforcing and contributing to proper change management process being utilized for all changes made to the process * Maintain accurate inventory for parts needed on all rebuildable components * Continuous Improvement & 3D Printing * Identify/lead continuous improvement initiatives that engage team members across all levels and functions to achieve targeted performance levels * Work with Packaging manager and supervisors to improve the rebuilding process and installation procedures of the rebuildable parts * Coordinate the 3D printing capability by means of; printing new parts, re-stocking 3D printed parts in inventory, maintaining printer backlog, maintain 3D printers and consumables What Ingredients You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications: * Skilled in machine shop to machine within specific tolerance using various measuring equipment * Skilled in welding, sanitary welding, pipe fitting, soldering and rigging is desired * Skilled with Verniers, calipers, and depth gauges etc. * Skilled with Torque wrench settings and calibration, assembly fasteners, assembly lubricants, etc. * Skilled with AutoCAD and 3D printing Physical Requirements *All production roles are required to pass a pre-employment physical exam to comply with their specific role requirement(s) *Certain roles may require the use of a respirator and passing the associated fit test *Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly *Regular walking and standing for long periods of time (up to 11 hours a day) on concrete, metal and grated surfaces *Responsibilities may require crouching, stepping over, crawling under, bending, twisting, climbing and reaching above head and shoulders repeatedly throughout the day *Responsibilities may require climbing flights of stairs, working from heights or on elevated platforms *Ability to wear assigned PPE (safety shoes, gloves, facemask, hearing protection and hard hat) *Established dexterity so you can handle materials, operate equipment and interface with computer systems with precision *Some roles (e.g., forklift operator) may be required to sit for a prolonged period of time and have strong peripheral vision and depth perception

Hourly In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe pay rate for this role if hired is $32.78 per hour.
