Job Title: ​Customer Care Specialist - German & French/Dutch

Position Overview:

If you are an independent worker who enjoys a hybrid environment, we are looking for a new team member to be part of the EMEA customer service team! Our team is a diverse team of all ages and many nationalities making English our daily business language. We enjoy spending time together on our office days (Mondays and Tuesdays) and are supporting each other through the week, remotely, to provide the best care for our customers.

Location: Hybrid /Breda

The Position:

  • Take and make calls as well as communicate with customers via email.

  • Ensure orders from our customers are accurately and promptly processed with frequent status updates on estimated delivery dates.

  • Monitor and carry out daily checks on order status for customers, linking with the order management & logistics team and finance.

  • Assist in the preparation of the necessary paperwork for shipments such as bank warranties and pro forma invoices.

  • Support sales partners to review priority orders to improve customer experience.

  • Manage targeted customer calls, quote inquires, product inquiries, documentation requirements to further the growth of the entire portfolio

The Requirements:

  • Fully fluent in German (written and spoken language).

  • Fully fluent in French or Dutch (written and spoken language).

  • Previous customer care experience in a B2B environment but not essential a customer focused mindset is preferred over experience.

  • Experience with an ERP (preferably SAP) is preferred but not essential
