As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Advisor within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
This position is in support of the Contact Data Strategy work set at PNC. The goal of the Contact Data Strategy work is to 1) develop new ways of managing contact data (phone numbers, email addresses and mailing addresses) that is product/service agnostic and focused on capturing and managing quality data for all necessary uses, and 2) identify and remediate problems with our current state of contact data at PNC. This role will be focused primarily on the latter part of the strategy - assessing the current state of contact data at PNC and leading the identification and remediation of concerns affecting the quality of contact data.
The role will consist of a variety of responsibilities including:
• Identifying and remediating historical contact data problems across applications
• Developing a detailed and thorough view of how contact data is managed today
• Leading efforts to address gaps in contact data functionality across PNC applications
• Using information gathered from the above activities to influence future state designs

Job Description
Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
