Red River Valley & Western Railroad Operations Support Specialist in Breckenridge, Minnesota
Hours of Work: Monday Friday, rotating shift, and weekend rotation. The position is subject to weekend call duty, odd, extended hours, or nights. Position Purpose: Located in the Breckenridge office. This position is responsible for receiving and inputting data submissions from train crews, customers, foreign railroads, and other sources into RRVW s car tracking database. Principal Accountabilities: This job entails investigating and helping to resolve issues with customers and train crews. Duties include supplying train crews with the necessary information to perform their duties, handling railcars in the computer system (data entry), tracking/tracing cars, and providing reports and information to foreign railroads and the RRVW accounting department. Other duties as assigned.
