Catholic Health Initiatives LPN Long Term Care in Breckenridge, Minnesota

Overview

As a LPN at CHI St. Francis Health, you will help our patients by providing nursing care to our Long Term Care (LTC) residents under the direction of the physician or registered nurse.

Every day you will work with our patients to evaluate their needs and provide physical or psychosocial care. To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine compassion for your patients’ well-being and understand the role you play in helping our our patients feel at ease. You also have the patience to explain the process, answer questions and update documentation.

St. Francis Nursing Home is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility attached to CHI St. Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge, MN. Sign On Bonus: $9,000

Responsibilities

You will provide treatment and personal care services to our residents by performing the following duties:

  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments.

  • Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.

  • Administers, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse degree

  • Active Minnesota license in good standing

  • BLS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome

Pay Range

$19.73 - $27.13 /hour
