Job Overview: The Maintenance technician is responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/drywall, and commercial hot tub systems. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship, ensuring property assets are well-maintained and fully operational in compliance with all regulations.

Job Specifications: Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time position. Skill Level: Entry-level.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Professionalism & Safety: o Maintain professionalism and integrity in all tasks. o Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes. o Follow safety protocols, including OSHA standards, MSDS guidelines, and lockout/tag-out procedures. o Report any unsafe conditions promptly to supervisors.

  1. Technical Proficiency: o Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across various trades. o Troubleshoot and repair appliances, including dishwashers, washer and dryers, microwaves, water heaters, drywall, electrical, ect. o Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and control systems to ensure efficiency. o Safely use company-provided hand tools and keep accurate work logs

  2. Coordination & Communication: o Collaborate with other departments and managers as required. o Respond promptly to operational calls via radio, telephone, or email.

  3. Maintenance & Work Orders: o Complete work orders and maintenance tasks with thorough documentation. o Maintain inventory of essential parts for critical equipment in assigned areas.

  4. General Support: o Be adaptable, assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Driver's License: Must hold and maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License. Preferred Experience: o Experience with appliance installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (e.g., ranges, microwaves, dishwashers) o General electrical knowledge o Familiarity with work order management systems(Buildium). Technical Knowledge: o General knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and controls. o Knowledge of safety operations for boilers, water heaters, and other critical systems o CPO certified

Personal Qualities: Maintain a positive attitude and strong people skills, even in high-pressure situations. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
