Door & Window business in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a WINDOW and DOOR INSIDE SALES associate with strong construction knowledge, some managerial experience and computer literate (will train on specific window and door programs). This position will be responsible to estimate and secure the project with the customer and ensure the project runs accordingly through the entire process. Strong communications skills are a must as you will be working closely with the customer, install crew and company Project Manager(s). As Inside Sales Associate, your duties will include but not be limited to: meeting with established accounts and new clientele, educating them on our products and determining which product direction is applicable for them, ordering product, checking acknowledgements, overseeing job profit, comparing Profit and Loss assessments, juggling multiple jobs at one time, computer work, office-oriented with some outside site visits. Staying organized and on top of each job is absolutely imperative. This is a career opportunity for the right individual with an emphasis on windows and doors. Detail-oriented and innate ability to focus while working in a busy office. Follows established policies, procedures and processes to obtain signed estimate, place the order, receive the product and go through close-out documentation at the end of each order/job. Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts as well as working with existing accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing estimates. Handles new and existing accounts through answering telephone, fax, e-mail inquiries and walk-ins. Gives new account information to Office Manager for verification and set-up. Informs and communicates to customer of expected delivery date, any changes and keeps customer apprised of their order. Works closely with Office and Project Manager to schedule new jobs. Maintains and improves quality results by following standards (Policies, Procedures and Processes) and recommending improved policies and procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes department and organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new, existing and different requests. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities. Valid Driver's License Required. Background Check Performed. May request DMV Print-out. Workweek is Monday-Friday, 40 hours with possible OT.
