Trane Technologies is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Analyst in Brea CA, including Northern CA Region (Sacramento, San Diego, etc.)
This role has been designated as * Remote within a Geography* . While most work can be done remotely, there are geographical travel and time-zone considerations. Shared touch-down workspace available on-site. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.
What you will do:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for safety compliance
Responsible for safety training and investigations
Responsible for environmental audits
Primary interface with regulatory agencies, preparing required documentation, scheduling and performing any required testing and providing additional follow-up documentation as required
Conducts site assessments for adherence to company policies and programs and compliance with state local and federal regulations.
Provide support and leadership during audits of the site by state and federal regulatory agencies
Provide facility leadership with timely guidance on new or changing compliance requirements
What you will bring:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of safety experience in an industrial setting preferred
Excellent computer skills in Excel, MS Office, Outlook, knowledge of RADIUS and Oracle a plus.
Ability to take innovative approaches to process improvement and problem solving
Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
Must be a self-starter.
This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 110,000-130,000 Annually
Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
