ManpowerGroup Production Control Planner in Brea, California

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Control Planner to join their team. As a Production Control Planner, you will be part of the Production Control team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to analyze production data, and prioritize multiple projects which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Control Planner

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Develop, organize, and maintain the overall production schedule plan to support the division's sales objectives.

  • Track incoming Overseas shipment and work with import broker. Communicate final shipment destination.

  • Create a master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.

  • Create and release Job Orders to the shop floor, including all elements of the job package.

  • Effectively communicate with Production, and Shipping Dept to ensure product is shipped in a timely manner.

What's Needed?

  • 1-2 years of experience in Production Control or Production Planning position.

  • Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Infor Syteline, MRP systems).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze production data and develop solutions.

  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team setting.
