If you possess super-fast and accurate data entry skills, consider joining a successful team at an exciting company as a Data Entry Clerk via OfficeTeam. You will be successful in this clerk position if you're able to enter high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases with utmost precision and speed and must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities

  • Gathering, sorting, and prioritizing data for computer entry

  • Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies

  • Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions

  • Completing additional tasks as needed

  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

  • Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks

  • Handling materials containing highly confidential information


  • High school diploma or comparable degree

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proven computer skills

  • Solid understanding of numeric data entry

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • Expertise in data entry

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
