Insight Global Change Manager in Brea, California
Job Description
An employer for a large insurance company is looking for a Change Manager to join a team of 3-4+ members and support the Agile Coaches. The Projects this team is supporting is the Agile Transformation & Tool Consolidations Projects. This person will be supporting IT Teams as they change/transform into Agile Teams, communicating with Domain Teams (10-12+ Domains), communicate trainings on new tools they are using/implementing within company, and running small projects (as needed).
* 70% will be focused on Agile Transformations
* 30% will be focused on tool consolidation (communicating/training to IT Teams)
Role is 100% REMOTE - prefer LOCAL candidates
* REMOTE - must travel to Brea 1x every few months
* LOCAL - must travel to Brea 1x every other week
The employment would be for a 6month contract, with possibility to be converted to Full Time Employee based on performance

5+ years of experience with Change Management
2+ years of experience with Agile Experience
2+ years of experience with Jira (Cloud version preferred) BA Degree
Change Management Certifications null
