Candidates will be responsible for creating contracts, special offers, contract reports, proposals, and contract packages. Our new Inside Sales Account Representative will work with clients across EMEA, and in addition, he or she will: - be goal-oriented, and articulate and possess sound phone and email skills. - have similar experience in Inside Sales (selling Services into the Server/Storage space is a big advantage). - work with field partners and end-user customers in the assigned market We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to play a key role in supporting our sales teams across EMEA and optimizing our services sales processes. Our new Inside Sales Account Representative will work with clients across EMEA, and in addition, he or she will: - be goal-oriented, and articulate and possess sound phone and email skills. - have similar experience in Inside Sales (selling Services into the Server/Storage space is a big advantage). - work with field partners and end-user customers in the assigned market - identify and qualify service opportunities using a variety of Lenovo pricing and inventory management tools. - receive incoming leads through campaigns, business development reports, end-user customers, and field partners. - grow and close services opportunities via the telephone and email which protect existing revenue sources as well as drive new ones. Interactions: The team will interact with Sales teams, internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management), and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (10%) This position is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers. What You will do: Drive Winback initiatives for undiscovered machines via Power Quester (BI tool) within assigned customer segments. Machines with Base Warranty expired, Part Numbers expired, Winbacks Supporting F2F sellers in the assigned territory to drive Winback opportunities as well as agreeing on the clients to be targeted. Lead Generation Services: provide the respective data of identified clients to the Lead Generation team, follow up, and develop to closure lead opportunities identified. Ensuring high Data Quality regarding Pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and achieving the assigned financial targets as well as personal KPIs. Leading client and channel negotiations to ensure a high ‘Closure Rate’ Being an advisor for the clients and Channel partners for the assigned tasks and responsibilities Establish a winning relationship and climate with the respective BPers Standing in for Seller colleagues within the assigned territory as well as ISR colleagues to ensure a positive team spirit. Willingness to permanently learn to cope with the permanent evolution within the IT Industry Being a Team Player Strictly following the Governance and Business Standards of Lenovo Experience with the common toolset like MS Office Suite. Multilingual in reference to the assigned territory. Italian and English are mandatory. Experience & Qualifications: - Equivalent professional work experience in inside sales/tele sales - Able to negotiate with clients and drive service sales (experience with data center services is a huge advantage). - Inside Sales background is helpful, but not required - Understanding of services business - Motivated attitude and comfort with cold-calling - Strong oral/written communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Italian and English on a business level.
