Operations Support Intern
At Dell Technologies, world-class service doesn’t end when a customer purchases our innovative products. Our Technical Support team is there for them whenever they need help – by phone or email, online and on social media. No matter how complex the challenge, we rise to it. We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there’s an issue with a customer’s product, we’ll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

What you’ll achieve
As an Operations Support Intern, you will learn how to communicate with global teams. You will understand what it is like to apply skillsets you have learned throughout your education to solve problems as part of a team.
You will:
Work with MS Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools
Review of Tech Support cases and KPIs
Administrative work
Maintaining good team performance and assisting Tech Support Team Managers and Quality Leads with daily work

Essential Requirements
Daily Student of Slovak University
Good knowledge of English and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and willingness to dig into issues and unknown topics
Willingness to learn and ability to work well in teams
Advanced MS Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, Vlookup)
Desirable Requirements
Advanced MS Excel knowledge (Macros, Power Query)
Programming (Python, SQL)
Salary per hour: 6.60 EUR
