Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Marketing&Communications department in Siemens is a small dynamic team that thrives on creativity and customer satisfaction. As a Marketing Professional, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and driving our marketing initiatives. You will have a chance to make a significant impact on our company's growth.

These are your future responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing and then evaluating the company's communication campaigns and projects

• Active communication and marketing support for individual divisions and subsidiaries

• Preparation of brief assignments for the advertising agency

• Cooperation with external marketing and PR agencies

• Preparation of presentations, strategic documents, communication and information materials on the company's activities

• Planning and coordination of PR activities

• Collaboration in the creation of content for the company's website and social networks

• Organization of events and CSR activities of the company

• Implementation of marketing projects in the field of education, cooperation with universities and schools

• Cooperation in the creation of the company magazine

Required education, skills and personality requirements

• English - Advanced (C1)

• Complex generalist knowledge and experience in communications, capability to both develop and implement creative initiatives reflecting market / internal needs and adhering to corporate standards

• Knowledge and capability for creative ideas in Online Media, Social Media, Intranet/Internet

• Number of years of experience

• 5 years experience in the field on corporate communications, preferably in a corporate environment

• Personality requirements

• Pro-active, creative, communicative

• Ability to manage content and colleagues
