HR Shared Services Analyst

Constantly consulting with HR and business leadership to ensure our support meets the needs of the organization, we drive the development of programs to build business capability, input onboarding or offboarding and influence business change.

What you’ll achieve

As an HR Shared Services Analyst, you will be responsible for providing HR services support across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, time and attendance, leave management, payroll support, letters administration, records management, medical support, offboarding and HR projects . You will work with team members and leaders, other HR team members, Payroll, Facilities, Compensations & Benefits, and other teams on providing employee lifecycle HR services to our team members and leaders.

You will:

  • Provide daily operational support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management (country specific), employee letters, employment certificates, visa support documentation, allowance changes and leave tool management. May also support country specific tools and systems.

  • Streamline and simplify end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness, establish continuous improvement process.

  • Oversee and manage a wide range of team members’ benefits administration/programs (i.e. medical/social benefits & claims, life and supplementary insurance, pension and allowances).

  • Collaborate across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items.

  • Ownership for records management for the entire employee population including both soft and hard copy.

Essential Requirements

  • One additional language: Ukrainian/ Russian/ Kazakh/ Finish/ Danish/ Norwegian/ Swedish language

  • Ability to work at Bratislava office per need

  • Experience in providing HR Employee Lifecycle Services

  • University degree in Human Resources field

  • Fluent English skills, communication skills & strong customer orientation, Microsoft Office package

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of European countries labor legislation

Salary starting from: 1400 EUR gross monthly
