Responsible for annual marketing budgets and forecasts
Develop and manage the core strategies, market research, tactics/promotions, budget, and regional communication plans for the LatAm marketing plan, aligned to CALA and International commercial growth strategies
Lead cross-functional support teams to align on strategic objectives, managing, and executing the multi-channel plan, including engagement with distributor-partners and our direct commercial organization
Develop product-expertise to train the sales organization on relevant therapeutic areas and products, for both established brands as well as new product introductions
Collaborate with both distributor-partners and Integra's direct commercial team on marketing initiatives that achieve performance goals
Develop strong customer relationships for their respective product portfolio
Support the implementation of professional education initiatives, including surgeon professional education courses, surgical cadaver labs, etc.
In partnership with distributors and direct commercial teams, develop and execute strategies that increase the awareness and acceptance of our product portfolio with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Create supply forecasts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product supply throughout the lifecycle of the product.
Support strategic product line decisions such as prioritizing product-line enhancements/launches
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
7+ years of hospital-focused, marketing experience within a medical device or pharmaceutical organization
Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
Demonstrated conceptual problem-solving skills with a focus on execution
Strong project management and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, specifically marketing and financial analysis
Strong interpersonal skills
A demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, planning, marketing and product development
Experience with Neurosurgical or related products in a hospital surgical setting is preferred.
