Job Description
Aerotek is looking for an experienced TIG Welder to support our assembly floor and engineering department in product development activities. The ideal candidate will perform complex welding tasks and maintain high standards of safety and quality in their work.
Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks to support assembly and engineering product development.
Weld a wide variety of metals including stainless steel, Inconel, Chromel, Titanium, and Aluminum using TIG welding.
Fuse, weld, and add wire to produce sound weld joints on very thin wall components and small diameter wire.
Perform other manufacturing or assembly support tasks as required.
Skills
Proficiency in TIG welding and fabrication.
At least 5 years of experience in welding, brazing, and/or soldering in an assembly environment.
Experience in a highly regulated or safety-sensitive industry such as medical, automotive, or aerospace.
