Aerotek Revit Drafter in Brandon, Florida

Our client designs brackets and braces that are used for the fabrication of concrete walls.

The Drafters on this team review outsourced drawings to ensure the drawings are correct based on the client specifications. A lot of their clients are looking for this work to be completed in AutoCAD and Revit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Flexible on years of experience but it would be helpful if someone has about 3-5 years of experience reading drawings. This manager doesn't have the time to spend training a new person on how to use Revit or AutoCAD software.

  • Must have experience with Revit and AutoCAD (they are using version 2013).

  • Must be able to read architectural and structural drawings.

  • Attention to detail and may be asked to interact with customers

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

This person's main responsibility will be taking multiple architectural/structural drawings and combining them into one master drawing that outlines the fabrication of concrete building panels. This will include heights, widths, locations of openings, locations of panel joints, locations of lifting/bracing anchors and components, etc.
