Aston Carter Benefits Verification Specialist in Brandon, Florida


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from doctor's offices, health care professionals, and health insurance companies regarding benefits coverage

  • Gather any missing case information and update case data to verify benefit coverage

  • Verify benefits for each patient case and identify if any additional actions are needed, including copay, prior authorization, appeals, appointments, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HEALTHCARE CALL CENTER experience OR 2+ years of healthcare experience within a healthcare facility or back office

  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare and benefits

  • Degree Preferred


  • On-site work environment

  • Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm EST
