Shift Availability: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Monday - Friday 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Sunday - Thursday Pay: $19.50/hr - $20.50/hr Requirements: To be considered for this job, you should be able to promote a positive and productive working environment. You should also be physically capable of lifting and handling parts up to 50 lbs and tolerate working in a warm climate. This is an entry-level position, with training taking place on the 1st Shift for at least one week. Duties: Production Operators play a crucial role in meeting production requirements. They work independently or as part of a team to ensure all tasks are done efficiently. These tasks include loading and unloading molds, operating machines, performing fiberglass tasks, and conducting final assembly operations. You must stay focused and attentive to ensure quality standards are met.
