Today, Sheridan MN offers a complete book solution that encompasses printing and binding, fulfillment, eBook conversion, eCommerce solutions, and more all in-house, all at competitive prices. Job Summary: Learn to interpret the information on the work order and its contents. Follow daily running order provided by Scheduling Team. Feed books/signatures into machine. Pack books into cartons. Safely move materials/books to and from workstation. Perform hand operations as required. Communicate with Supervisor and Scheduling Team as needed. Maintain high throughput by performing quick and efficient make-readies and job changeovers. Inspect for quality defects ensuring quality standards are achieved. Be sure all waste is disposed of properly. Perform preventative maintenance, general cleaning and upkeep of machine and auxiliary equipment. Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity. Keep area safe and clean. Adequately communicate with oncoming shift. Perform end of shift duties leaving area ready for oncoming shift. Assist training new operators and employees. Other duties as assigned. Training provided Hours: 1st shift Monday to Friday: 7 AM 3 PM 2nd shift Monday to Friday 3 PM 11 PM 3rd shift Monday to Friday 11 PM 7 AM Shift Differential of $1.00/hour on 2nd & 3rd shift What s in it for YOU?
