We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bindery Operator to join our team. As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate perfect binder equipment - Monitor machine operation to ensure quality standards are met - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in optimal condition - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Shift Differential of $1.00/hour What s in it for YOU?
