ManpowerGroup Production Operator in Bradenton, Florida
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be a problem solver, and a team player which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Bradenton, FL
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Operate production lines
Ensure safe and efficient operation of the production line and conduct the first quality control check while packaging the product
Follow standardized work processes and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
Inspect products to ensure quality and customer specifications throughout the shift
Notify Lead if individual notices any issue with equipment on the production line
What's Needed?
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read policies & procedure manuals
Ability to safety operate/use hand and power tools
Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, thickness gage, dial indicator, etc.)
