Woodland Hills School District Mutli-faceted Tradesman/HVAC Technician in Braddock, Pennsylvania
WOODLAND HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICT * *SCHOOL: WOODLAND HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICT SUBJECT: MULTI-FACETED/HVAC TECHNICIAN
HOURS: 1ST SHIFT - 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. or 2ND SHIFT - 3:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M. or 11:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
* QUALIFICATIONS:*
- Accredited trade(s) school with a strong background in refrigeration or 10 years experience.
- May consider a licensed master plumber with HVAC experience.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting skills and be able to perform repair and preventative maintenance on Roof Top Units, Air Handlers, Refrigeration Units, Window Air Conditioners, Univents, and Pneumatics, boilers (steam and water).
- DDC Control experience.
Prefer at least five (5) years experience with trade school or 10 years experience.
GENERAL DUTIES
Complete all trade assignments as designated by unit supervisor.
- Complete all non-trade assignments as designated by unit supervisor similar to general duties of general maintenance personnel.
- Assume responsibilities in conducting assignment and provide leadership when performing with a co-worker in completing tasks.
- Continually update unit supervisor concerning preventative maintenance needs.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and repair parts within trades.
- Complete work assignment professionally and efficiently.
Follow blueprints or other design specifications to install or repair HVAC systems.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT In accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement.
