Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling mechanical components using small hand and power tools. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to specifications and blueprints.

  • Use small hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders) to perform assembly tasks.

  • Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Identify and report any assembly issues or defects.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.

  • Proficiency in using small hand and power tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
