From bridge and structural engineering to civil, electrical, mechanical, and process engineering, Kleinfelders collaborative Design Services create synergy across multiple disciplines. Step into Your New Role Kleinfelder is currently searching for a Transportation Engineer to join our Team in the Bowling Green, Ohio (near Toledo) office. Responsibilities

  • Preparation of traffic impact studies
  • Coordination of traffic counts
  • roadway geometric design, pavement design, Right-of-Way Plan preparation and regulation knowledge under supervisions of an experienced engineer
  • Drainage Design
  • Preparing Estimates
  • Construction Administration
  • Preparation of safety studies
  • Site Visits
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Pavement striping design

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 0-3 years of related experience
  • Experience with Microstation ORD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
  • Experience with the Ohio Department of Transportation a plus
  • EIT certification a plus
  • Live in or near Toledo, Ohio or be willing to relocate to the area

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
