Events and Field Marketing Support Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic marketing intern to join our Events and Field marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing for a global software team. This position is ideal for a student studying for a BA in marketing or business who is looking to apply their knowledge and skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events and field marketing activities

• Collaborate with team members to support event promotion strategies and execution

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential target audiences

• Support the creation of marketing materials in support of event execution

• Assist in managing event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration

• Help maintain and update event databases and contact lists

• Provide general administrative support to the Events and Field Marketing team

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a BA in marketing or business

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Availability to work between 10 to 20 hours per week

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $44.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
