Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Special Education Autism Teacher local to the greater Boulder, Colorado area.
In this role, the Special Education Teachers design and deliver effective instruction tailored to individual learning needs, develop compliant Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborate with general education, families, and other special education providers. They provide specialized instruction in academics, behavior, social-emotional learning, and executive functioning, and manage the work of paraprofessionals. Teachers develop and implement IEPs, monitor compliance, and coordinate all related meetings and progress reports. They collect and analyze data to guide eligibility determinations and IEP development, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment. The hourly range for this position is $25-$46. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Active teaching license from the Colorado Department of Education with an endorsement as a Special Education Generalist - Experience supporting English Language Learners (ELL) student
Experience using Infinite Campus or Excent null
