Leeds encourages applications for a Program Coordinator to act as a point of contact for students enrolled in the Executive MBA (EMBA) and MS Business Analytics and Supply Chain online programs and faculty teaching in these programs. This position reports to the Program Director and works closely with the Graduate Student Services unit to support other graduate business programs. This position is responsible for supporting communications, advising and operations to support a superior quality experience for students. The Program Coordinator assists with, and in specific situations oversees, the administrative, operational, and academic components related to all areas of program coordination for the EMBA, MS Business Analytics and Supply Chain online, and other graduate business programs. Responsibilities include program operations (correspondence, facilitation, policy and process), events, communicating with students and faculty, onboarding new student cohorts, managing student records regarding application eligibility, enrollment auditing, academic standing, graduation status, degree-audit review and catalog updates, coordinating course materials, ad hoc duties unique to academic residencies, and student oversight related to registration processes.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Program Coordination and Communication
Handle various correspondence from students, faculty, and coworkers.
Coordinate with the program director with regard to developing and maintaining communications with students and faculty for all aspects of the program. This includes tasks with pre-enrollment/onboarding information through graduation from the program - registration, ongoing class support, special announcements and opportunities, regular announcements and program updates, ad hoc student/faculty issues, etc.
Use the designated learning management system for achieving specific tasks.
Ensure timely response to email and phone messages. Connect with the alumni population regarding certain events and opportunities for engagement.
Program Operations and Events
Coordinate a broad range of requests.
Facilitate timely and professional responses.
Exercise judgment and discretion in determining urgency and appropriate responses between sometimes competing concerns. Manage processes with Continuing Education regarding student registration and billing.
Partner with the Program Director to coordinate with faculty regarding course schedules, course materials orders, event parking permits and meals, and other services as determined.
Support programs by making purchases, processing reimbursements, and completing related expense reports in the Concur expense system. Provide course support to students and faculty through the learning management system.
Assist with the planning and delivery of special events, including orientation, y2k, and residencies for students that create a strong community and enhance the student experience. This might also include ad hoc and special events that would include families and alumni, etc.
Assist with inventory management regarding academic scheduling and registration.
Partner with campus offices, Continuing Education and Professional Studies (CEPS), Registrar's Office (RO), Bursar, etc. to troubleshoot student issues.
Degree/Certificate Planning and Advising
Provide support to MS STEM online students degree-seeking and certificate-seeking.
Communicate regularly (e.g., monthly/quarterly/ad hoc meetings) to monitor course and program issues and general student satisfaction.
Advise individual students about the selection of electives and degree progress, referring questions to specific faculty as needed.
Maintain student records and monitor student progress toward graduation, including academic probation/suspension status. Protect student information per FERPA guidelines.
Manage the flow of information to other offices on campus about student registration, billing, graduation, and other student record issues.
Dedicated Student Services Functions for other Graduate Business Programs
General email box management: monitor daily for updates from the Graduate School, determine what correspondence needs to be forwarded for advisor attention, filed directly (academic standing updates, e.g.) and provided as a summary for advisor awareness, or actioned.
Enrollment audits summer, fall, and spring: Using SalesForce, pull course enrollments for core courses across graduate degrees, inform advisors of any students not fully enrolled, and alert advisors if the number falls short PRE-census each term.
Academic standing record-keeping: Compile and maintain an overview record of academic standing per degree program in support of the advisor's academic recovery planning and monitoring.
Degree audit/catalog review degree audit update forms: Partner with academic advisors to prepare degree audits for the advisor's review. Note any inconsistencies between catalog detail and audit results and review with the Director of Graduate Programs Services to ensure catalog updates as appropriate across graduate programs.
Graduation checks: Provide basic support with graduation checks via an audit of student enrolled credits by program in the final spring semester POST-census, calling the advisor's attention to any outliers.
Review all applications in OnBase for eligibility and required forms on a weekly basis. Maintain Excel spreadsheet of applicants for review by the Faculty Director and communicate application status to students. Answer email inquiries regarding application timeline, requirements, and general BAM questions from students and undergraduate advisors.
What You Should Know
This position offers a hybrid work modality including three days per week in person and two days per week of remote work. Additionally, this position will be expected to be in person (onsite at CU Boulder, Vail, and an international destination as identified) during certain times of the academic year and based on academic programming.
What We Can Offer
The annual hiring range for this position is $46,100-$53,000. Relocation is available for eligible candidates.

Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
