Main Job Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Prepare machinery and materials for production.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine issues promptly.
Process Monitoring: Utilize computer systems to oversee production processes.
Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure product standards are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED (must be verifiable).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Work History: Demonstrated strong and stable work tenure.
Mechanical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Safety: Commitment to wearing and using required PPE effectively.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00PM to 11:30PM
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (starting Sunday night).
