Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our client's dynamic team in Bothell, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and compliance through precise testing and analysis. Your contributions will directly impact the company's commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive advancements in scientific research and healthcare globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and specialized testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using established analytical procedures.

  • Perform visual inspections, measurements, and other testing methods to verify adherence to product specifications and performance standards.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, carefully analyzing data for consistency and reliability.

  • Investigate and resolve deviations, discrepancies, or non-conformances in testing results, collaborating with cross-functional teams as required.

  • Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation to ensure accurate and dependable test outcomes.

  • Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.) in all aspects of work.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality control processes and procedures.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, actively sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in quality control or laboratory environments within the life sciences sector is preferred.

  • Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail, enabling precise execution and documentation of complex testing protocols.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines (FDA, ISO) is advantageous.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented setting.

  • Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and computer systems for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
