Ideal Profile

  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., design, marketing, advertising, sales, analytics, MarTech)

  • Has a strong sense of ownership and proactively advocates for the SMB customer

  • Analytical, data-driven

  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively as a team

  • Experimental mentality to promote innovation

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in user research for Digital products and/or journeys

  • 3-5 years of experience in small business technology solutions and services industry

  • Expert knowledge of customer journeys and segmentation principles

  • The Small Business Digital Experience team is truly customer focused. We need someone who can coordinate direct feedback from live customers to ensure that our agile requirements are meeting customer needs.

  • You will support the development of the product vision and help drive the deliverables and provide continuous feedback to the team and help them to follow the product vision
