As a trader on the Investment Team, you will help shape and implement our daily trading plan. You will execute orders across multiple trading platforms, engage with sell-side brokers, and work to minimize trading costs and market impact. You will also support the Investment Team\'s morning trade review process, collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation, and provide market intelligence to the Portfolio Managers. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: - Bachelors degree required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and professional and/or military experience may be considered. - Significant coursework in disciplines including finance, economics, mathematics and statistics required. - Minimum of 2 years in trading or operations experience required. - Basic knowledge of equity markets required. MAJOR DUTIES: - Execute orders across multiple trading platforms, engage with sell-side brokers, and work to minimize trading costs and market impact. - Support trade review process. - Work with the Operations Team to resolve trading issues and process special trading requests.
